Chicken cutlets with Shan Chapli Kabab Masala
Ingredients:
Chicken mince 250 gm
Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 cups
Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Shan Chapli kabab Masala 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Bread sliced 2 soaked in ¼ cup milk
Onion finely chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
Green chilies finely chopped 4
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Egg 1
Method:
In a bowl mix all together Chicken mince 250 gm, Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 cups, Cheddar, cheese grated ½ cup, Salt 1 tsp, Black pepper 1 tsp, Garlic paste 1 tsp, Ketchup 2 tbsp, Bread sliced 2 soaked in ¼ cup milk, Onion finely chopped 2 to 3 tbsp, Green chilies finely chopped 4, Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, mix well make into cutlets, roll in bread crumbs and fry.
