Instant gajar ki kheer
Carrots 250 gm peeled and grated
Evaporated milk 1 tin
Condensed milk 1 tin
Green cardamom grinded 1 tsp

Corn flour 1 tsp
Saffron ΒΌ tsp
Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
1. Peel and grate the carrots and steam for 5 minutes.
2. Add in i1 tin evaporated milk and 1 tin condensed milk. Cook on a low flame till thick, if required, thicken with corn flour paste.
3. Add cardamom powder, saffron, garnish with sliced almonds and pistachio and serve
